Sunny September!

This week saw the Bolton Boys working hard as they got into the swing of school, athletics and various other extracurricular activities. Victoria has been the warmest place in Canada this week (not an exaggeration), but Thursday gave us a taste of rain and autumn. The weather turned back to being sunny and warm for the weekend activities however, so a few of the Bolton Penguins had a chance to go Stand-Up Paddle Boarding at Willows Beach on Saturday under a beautiful blue sky.

Other students in Bolton went to Beacon Hill Park to enjoy the warmth by visiting the petting zoo and getting some ice cream. Another group of Bolton Boys went to see the movie Guardians of the Galaxy with a number of other students in boarding.

This Friday was the Clubs and Council’s fair at lunch time. This was an opportunity for students to have a look at the many councils and clubs that are available at SMUS by viewing exhibits and speaking with the staff and students who run them.

There was a strong Bolton presence at this fair and a huge number of extracurricular commitments made!
