I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Its frustrating to be charged unexpectedly. While I don’t have control over Lensa’s refund policies but you can still contact the Lensa Customer support by filling up their Support form on their “Contact Us” page. However, you can also E-mail your concern to their E-mail:[email protected]. They might assist you with your problem. I hope you will be able to find the resolution.
