I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Its frustrating to be charged unexpectedly. While I don’t have control over Lensa’s refund policies but you can still contact the Lensa Customer support by filling up their Support form on their “Contact Us” page. However, you can also E-mail your concern to their E-mail:[email protected]. They might assist you with your problem. I hope you will be able to find the resolution.

I attempted to sign up for the Lensa free trial and clicked on that option. As soon as I clicked “continue”, it showed my bank being charged for the subscription. I immediately cancelled, but from what you’ve said here, I can expect NOT to receive a refund. That’s just not right … but, sounds like I’m out of luck on this.
