Apparently January 20 was Penguin Awareness Day! This was very fitting for Bolton House given that the noble penguin has been our mascot since 1993. Do you know your penguins?

And like the many species of penguin, there are many individuals in Bolton House, with different interests. It is great that we therefor offer so many different Saturday activities. For example, some boys played bubble soccer, some played board games and some went downtown to take photographs. Those in the last group were able to witness the Victoria March for Women. For them, the photography was able to turn into photojournalism, recording the group of more than 2,000 peaceful demonstrators.
